Was so excited about this device. But I never had a chance to use it, because it was damaged out of the box.
I couldn't turn it on at all, weird static noise coming out of the device. Feel so warm and I don't think it's safe to use.
Requested a refund without returning the device as it's not safe to post something with risk of exploding.
I have video evidence the device is suspicious!
Seller was not helpful, they only offer a tiny amount of refund which will not cover my loss
They also recommended me to take this device to my local service.
I mean they cannot be serious, nobody will deal with a nonsense device which has no dedicated service in the UK.
Total waste of time, hope Anbernicc.com will step in and gives me a full refund.
