Good product. I don't regret purchasing this. But I upgraded the firmware and it deleted all my games and messed up the SD card. Thankfully I was planning on using custom firmware anyway. Anbernic really needs to make better firmware that is on the level of the custom firmwares.

GBA and even PSP run flawless, but NES and GBC will skip frames. Using Retroarch fixes this but comes with ugly bezels that can't be turned off. Firmware updates can fix this in the future .

Disappointing. As YouTubers have mentioned, the buttons and d-pad are very loud and firm pressing. Very difficult to play a space shoot em up (shmup) or fighting game with this stiff unresponsive d-pad. I have an RG 353V and the d-pad is miles better on that device. My device is also missing one of the screw hole covers. 😡. The quality of the plastic shell is nice and the screen is okay (though far from the best ips panel on a handheld). DO NOT buy the 128gb card version. There aren’t full libraries of SNES or GBA games on the cards. Anberbic doesn’t include any Mario, Zelda or Donkey Kong games on the cards. Wait for a revision with an improved d-pad.
